- Oversee various communications initiatives (press releases to the local newspaper, development of the brand image, creation of a website, in-store photo shoots, animation of social networks).
- Organize activities and meetings to promote Fouillis’ activities in the city of Lévis.
- Participation in a major organizational change (ongoing):
- Moving Le Fouillis into premises that ensure quality of life for volunteers and employees
- Expanded opening hours: HR tactics to recruit volunteers and employees for Saturday opening.
- Recruitment of a general manager: drafting of job offer, job interviews, drafting of employment contract, definition of working conditions, etc.
- Drafting, layout and preparation of a provisional budget
