ACTIVITY COORDINATOR

  • Deploy a new brand for the research center (UPCOMING)
  • Organize meetings and events with the construction industry, governments and local NPOs.
  • Set up a website to keep the public informed of researchers’ activities (UPCOMING)
  • Conduct daily media monitoring
  • Design or produce graphic material required for the researchers’ promotional activities (business cards, flyers, roll-ups, posters, etc.)
    Organize annual student conference on research progress
administrative management

  • Collaborate in establishing activity budget forecasts, monitor and control event expense
  • Ensures financial follow-up of events in compliance with budget envelopes and FRQNT (Government of Quebec) regulations
  • Follow-up and ensure visibility of sponsors and partners according to established agreements
  • Draft and prepare various documents (bid requests, invitation letters, thank-you letters, solicitation, etc.)
